Suggested Use
2-3 scoops to (8oz) of hot water to make tea, twice daily Sugar, honey or lemon can be added to enhance the taste. It can be added to other beverages or yogurt if desired. A minimal amount of Dextrin may be added to adjust the extraction ratio to 5:1 and to enhance stability.
