Suggested Use
Before and after training, massage a small amount of liniment into the hands. Then massage a small amount of liniment into the tendon attachments at the medial and lateral epicondyles of the forearm. Can be used in conjunction with the Zheng Gu Tui Na Iron Palm Soak. External use only.
