Suggested Use
Dissolve 1-2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2-3 times a day

Dong quai root (dang qui), Rehmannia unprocessed root tuber (sheng di), Anemarrhena rhizome (zhi mu), Siler root (fang feng), Schizonepeta aboveground parts (jing jie). Shrubby sophora root (ku shen), Cang-zhu atractylodes rhizome (cang zhu), Burdock fruit (niu bang zi), Gypsum (shi gao),Cicada moulting (chan tui), Sesame seed (hu ma ren), Chinese licorice root & rhizome (gan cao ), Summer cypress fruit (di fu zi).
